About the Appointment
This 45 minute session is designed to help us get to know each other. Bring in your questions and concerns and lets talk YOGA. There is a $20 holding fee for the meeting which will be discounted when you formally enroll. The meeting is scheduled for 45 minutes so that I can show you how the process works and give you taste of therapuetic yoga approach can help.
