Christy didn’t find yoga, yoga found her. Craving a new exercise routine, Christy decided to attend her first yoga class as a change. And change came. In 2014, Christy had her “aha” moment in a Vinyasa class and shortly after began managing a yoga studio in California and embarked on her 200-Hour teaching training. She was hungry for more information, going deeper into all the philosophies of Yoga and practices. She traveled to the jungles of Bali for her 300-Hour advanced teacher training in Elemental Yoga Therapy, forever changing her life. Still wanting more, she pursued an advanced study in Yin Yoga with the master Yin Yogi, Bernie Clark in Canada, and studied Restorative Yoga with Judith Lassiter. She has been teaching for over 7 years in California, and also had an amazing opportunity to teach a Yoga Retreat in Italy. Yoga is Christy’s driving force in all walks of her life.
