We offer two ways to learn and practice: Ashtanga Primary Series (90 mins.) and a shortened-led primary short form called Ashtanga Vinyasa (60 mins.). Ashtanga is a dynamic, traditional, structured form of yoga. A mix of Hatha and Vinyasa, Ashtanga focuses on a set sequence of poses in a prescribed order, breath work, and points of attention. It is an energy-building practice designed to detoxify, revitalize, and become a moving meditation.
