These breathing practices help calm the mind, increase energy flow, and promote deep relaxation.To complete the practice, enjoy a soothing 5-minute gong relaxation, allowing the vibrations to deepen your state of rest, restore balance, and integrate the benefits of the session.                                                    Perfect for those new to yoga or seeking a nurturing, meditative practice, this class offers a holistic approach to well-being—connecting body, breath, and mind. Also ideal for beginners, desk workers, and those with back issues.
