Hot Power Flow to celebrate our 10-year anniversary:
A high-energy heated flow
designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance as you link
breath to movement. This special free flow class blends strong,
guided sequences with moments of intuitive movement, giving you
space to explore and move in a way that feels natural.
Come prepared to move, sweat, have fun, and leave
revitalized and ready for your day!

-10 Day Unlimited Pass. (Begins at first class attended and is good for unlimited practice through 10 consecutive calendar days.)
-Good for any class on our schedule.
-Does not include mat or towel rental. Mats and towels are available for rent ($3/ea or $5/bundle).

4-month minimum commitment. Requires signature.

This package includes:
- 1 Monthly Unlimited pass: Practice as many times as desired for a month.
- 1 Guest Pass each month when payment renews (expires if unused; does not roll over). Member must accompany the Buddy Pass client for the class redemption.
- Complimentary access to monthly events where members are free
- 10% off retail
- 10% off workshops and events
- Spouse/Partner add on: Apply $20/month discount.
