Whether ending your weekend by restoring your body or beginning your week with the intention to enter with grace, Candlelight Yoga offers you a space to soak your body in bliss. A restorative practice, it begins with prāāyāma, followed by gentle āsanas, then a few poses held longer to saturate your cells, and concludes with a long śavāsana. Sometimes poetry, sometimes music or kirtan, always candles. Step into the room that is your mat and give yourself the gift of gentling as well as the promise of light within the dark.
