instructor. 1:1 tutoring allows you to go deep into areas you are
most interested in learning, or simply get the focused instruction
you need to get your practice going. Premier monthly members
receive a private 1:1 lesson each month as part of their
membership.

Yoga Mastery is a method for learning yoga that makes it easy
to start, gain confidence, and advance.
Yoga Mastery Institute is a system of learning and personal
growth, not a yoga studio. The Yoga Mastery learning methodology
provides a path for physical, mental, and spiritual transformation.
It follows a disciplined “learn-practice-advance” approach that
combines individualized Learn sessions and group
Practice sessions involving movement, philosophy, and
meditation. The Ribbons curriculum involves 36 Learn
sessions across 7 levels of learning, starting with a solid foundation and building on
it until the student becomes the master.
