60-minute, semi-private instruction session with any available
instructor. Maximum 4 students. Focus on areas you are most
interested in learning, or get the personalized instruction you
need to get your practice going. Community Members receive a 1:4
Mastery Lesson each month as part of their membership.

Yoga Studio

Yoga Mastery is a method for learning yoga that makes it easy
to start, gain confidence, and advance.
Yoga Mastery Institute is a system of learning and personal
growth, not a yoga studio. The Yoga Mastery learning methodology
provides a path for physical, mental, and spiritual transformation.
It follows a disciplined “learn-practice-advance” approach that
combines individualized Learn sessions and group
Practice sessions involving movement, philosophy, and
meditation. The Ribbons curriculum involves 36 Learn
sessions across 7 levels of learning, starting with a solid foundation and building on
it until the student becomes the master.
