The best of both worlds! The aerobic and resistance-training you want with the yoga you need. We warm up and cool down with yoga. In the middle we bring in a wide variety of HIIT and weight-based exercises to build strength, stamina, flexibility, and grit. This class is 60 minutes long (and will kick your butt!)
Weights and other training tools are provided. Please arrive no later than 5 minutes before start time.
