About the Class

A mobility based yoga class designed to help you move with more ease, freedom, and presence. Through grounding breathwork, dynamic movement, and mindful flow, this class supports flexibility, joint health, strength, and body awareness.   Each practice focuses on the connection between mind, body, and breath—helping you release tension, improve mobility, and build balance both on and off the mat.   We close with a restorative savasana to reset the nervous system, integrate the practice, and leave you feeling grounded, open, and renewed.   All levels welcome. Move well, breathe deeply, and reconnect to yourself.
