We start each class off with breath, adding in more movement and making our way to a peak posture. Each class will begin to slow down towards the end allowing time to turn inwards and check in with our bodies. Vinyasa is a dynamic and fluid style of yoga that emphasizes the synchronized movement of breath with a sequence of poses.
