Mindful Morning Yoga is an invitation to connect with yourself and your body through intention setting, meditation, breathwork, and physical yoga practice. Movement in this class follows a gentle, Hatha-based structure that places YOU, the student, first and foremost. This practice is a great way to welcome mindfulness into your day. Alysha leads classes intended to spark curiosity and joy while empowering you to choose your own adventure. Each practice includes foundational instruction coupled with demonstration and suggestions for posture variations so that you can intuitively move in ways that best support you. All experience levels are enthusiastically welcome to join. Students of all backgrounds will find our space to be a supportive environment that celebrates who each of us are both individually and collectively as a community.
