A grounding and balanced class, moving from a warm up through Classical Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations). Hatha translates into Sun and Moon and it's here we practice finding a balance of dualities to experience wholeness. Influenced by the nature of the five elements that express in the form of our bodies and surroundings, we move to reconnect with our true nature. This class is infused with yoga teachings, pranayama, and meditation. It is perfect for beginners and available to all level practitioners.
