Yoga Studio

The same as our regular Rocket class (see below) only more! This
special time will give you an extra fifteen minutes of play. If
time is not on your side and you can't stay the entire 75 min, no
worries! You are not locked in. Take it all or not, this is time
for you.
Rocket Description: Expectations are left at the door in this
playful, yet challenging practice. Rocket yoga was born from the
Ashtanga practice but it blends poses from the entire 3 part
series, encouraging students to try new postures with curiousity
and compassion for their practice.

Each class taken will use one visit, like a virtual punch card.
Please remember to cancel a class if you are unable to attend. Registration can be canceled up to one minute prior to start time. A missed class without cancelation prior will count as a visit on the pass.

Unlimited access to all studio classes, ideal for those practicing 2-3 times a week consistently. This membership is billed monthly with the option to auto renew at the end of 1 year. 



Devoted Practice

This membership is valid for one month at a time and does not automatically renew. Membership allows client access to all regularly scheduled studio classes.

Welcome to Yoga Shala! Our experienced teachers offer a sound class to students of all levels and often simultaneously, teaching those new to yoga, new to our studio, or both! Over the course of two weeks, we warmly invite you to take unlimited classes, meet our teachers, and meet our wonderful community.

Following the Introductory Offer, we extend a class pack 10% discount or welcome you to our Devoted Practice, receiving your first month free with a 12-month membership. We are here to answer any questions and assist in finding the right path for you.

Cancellation Fees
