Through low impact, full range of motion movement to enhance mobility, and optional added resistance through the use of small hand weights to traditional postures, while in a heated room, Sculpt aims to build resilience in a challenging sequence that will cultivate composure and steadiness allowing you to thrive and withstand stress.
