This online course is a unique opportunity to continue developing your experience, dive into your inner world, and unlock your hidden potential in a gradual, supported way, with a strong theoretical foundation and many opportunities to deepen your meditative experience. The coruse runs at 6:50 to 7:30 a.m. six mornings per week with 6 different teachers: Friday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Each week, a different meditation. The Friday meditation (the first meditation of the week) will be recorded and available to course participants during the active series. Two workshops on Fridays from 5:45 – 6:45 am (before week 1 and week 4) will explain the key elements of upcoming meditations, and share additional techniques to help deepen the meditative experience. The workshops will be recorded and available to participants during the active series. Within each of us lies a wonderful and miraculous dormant potential. As we begin to awaken this inner source of energy, we can use these hidden powers to achieve what we most deeply desire: a purposeful life filled with peace, harmony, and happiness. The Advanced Meditations from the Yoga in Daily Life System After awakening and balancing the energy of all the chakras, we will practice the five most advanced meditation techniques, connecting the chakras with breath and mantra. These practices sustain the flow of energy and allow us to experience unity with all living beings. We will enter the “inner temple of the soul” and feel our oneness with the Supreme. We will strengthen our connection to the Higher Self and receive its message about the unique purpose of our life. Finally, we will rest in the feeling of freedom, bliss, and unity with the Divine.
