About the Class

In this class, we will on focus active stretching and strengthening, with a focus on control of breath and movement in one's natural range of motion. We will move slowly and intentionally to strengthen our stability and control of muscles, joints and breath. From a strong and stable foundation, we will explore and expand the possibilities in that range of motion. From there, we will create length through passive deep stretches. This class is suitable for all levels of practice.
