Yin Restorative Nidra invites you to be present in stillness. By being present and still for 2-5+ minutes in each posture, you offer your mind, body and spirit the space they need to heal and restore. This class is warm, but non-heated and accessible to all levels. Towards the end of the practice, your attention will be drawn deeper inward, where you will learn to drift between wakefulness and sleep, to bring your body back into homeostasis and the conscious and unconscious aspects of the mind reveal themselves, so that you fall right into your innate blissful awareness.
