Qi Gong Tai Chi

CLOSED

About the Class

Breathe deep and move with ease. This all-levels class combines the gentle energy work of Qi Gong with the slow, meditative movements of Tai Chi. Often called “moving meditation,” these ancient practices support joint health, improve balance, and calm the nervous system—boosting your body’s natural ability to heal.  It’s yoga’s chill cousin, designed to leave you feeling centered, refreshed, and quietly powerful.

Special Instructions

Hygiene & Personal Care: To maintain a comfortable and respectful environment for all students, we kindly ask that you observe the following hygiene guidelines: * Please arrive clean and free of strong body odors. We recommend using deodorant before class. * For your safety and others', ensure feet are clean. * Avoid wearing heavy perfumes or colognes, as some students are sensitive to scents. * Please wear clean yoga attire to each class. Please do not bring glass or open containers into the studio.  General Instructions: To ensure a peaceful and welcoming environment, please arrive at least 5 minutes before class (you may arrive as early as 15 minutes before class begins). Please remove your shoes before entering the practice space and kindly leave your phone on silent and store it, along with your belongings, in the cubbies at the back of the studio. While waiting for class to begin, we kindly ask that conversations be kept to a whisper. As we are a one-room studio, the entrance door will be locked promptly at the scheduled class time. If you arrive late, we kindly ask that you join us for another session rather than knocking. We encourage everyone to bring their own mat. In the event you have forgotten yours, there are mats available for a small rental fee (first-time rental is free!). We also have mats available for purchase. Your cooperation helps keep our studio a fresh and welcoming space for everyone. Thank you for being considerate of your fellow yogis! We look forward to seeing you in class!
