Sarah Collins lives in Virginia Beach and has been a practicing yogi since 2010. She found herself drawn to the practice after going through a difficult transition period in her life. Sarah found her practice helped her not only physically but also mentally and spiritually. Teaching her humility, gratitude, even in difficult situations, and trying her hardest to stay present in every moment life offers. In 2015, she completed her RYT® 200 training. In 2016, Sarah received training in Barre. In 2019, she was trained in Mobility work (hands-on stretching) and Mat Pilates, trained through Stott Pilates in 2022. Pilates has helped rebuild her core after having three children. Along with practicing yoga and Pilates, Sarah is an avid runner and loves to hike outdoors any chance she’s given. She looks forward to seeing you on your mat, working together to rebuild and maintain your inner strength.
