Landstown Commons, we’ve proudly served Virginia Beach for almost
20 years. Our studio is known for its welcoming vibe, experienced
teachers, and variety of heated and non-heated classes for all
levels.
From your first visit, you'll
feel at home. Our two yoga rooms are designed for comfort and
healing, offering a range of class styles, monthly workshops,
events, and our respected Zen Hot Yoga Teacher Training program.

are fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
