One of Jen's greatest joys is sharing the teachings of yoga. She says "I get excited to see studentsmaking connections and making new friends in the classroom. I love hearing students laugh,see students smile and have fun through the process and practice of yoga. I hope to create anatmosphere where students feel safe and accepted exactly as they are. I want to gentlychallenge students to connect with their greatest potential. I encourage students to listen totheir bodies and make the choice that they need, in that moment."Jen is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 200 / 500. She received her 200hour certificate with the Health Advantage Yoga Center in Herndon, Virginia in 2008 and her300 hour certificate with Beloved Yoga in Reston, Virginia in 2018. Jen is a certified personaltrainer with the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and a certified Group Exercise Instructorwith Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).
