Our
FIR radiant-heated Hot Sequence class will offer students a
mindfully-paced set sequence with detailed instruction and
alignment cuing.  This class will provide all students the
opportunity to acclimate to the hot environment and gain greater
kinesthetic awareness.   The room will be heated to 105°F
with controlled humidity.

Special classes, events and workshops can be purchased at advertised rates.  Available to those nomadic yogis who reside beyond the the Hampton Roads Metro area.

One Month Unlimited Pass

The Three Month Unlimited Membership provides members with unlimited access to all regularly scheduled classes at Full Circle Yoga + Pilates (FCYP) for a period of THREE (3) MONTHS from the date of purchase.  Special classes, events and workshops can be purchased in additional to the membership at advertised rates.  This purchase option is for three months only and requires no minimum commitment beyond the month.*

Three Month Unlimited Pass

The Monthly Unlimited Membership provides members with unlimited access to all regularly scheduled classes at Full Circle Yoga + Pilates (FCYP). This membership option requires a minimum twelve-month commitment and automatically renews on an annual basis thereafter.  A 30-day written noticed is required to terminate this membership in accordance with the FCYP cancellation policy.*
