Join us in welcoming back our Practice Lab series as part of our annual Soul Harvest Festival! Offered as a free festival event, this aptly named Practice Lab is a 90-minute workshop that will include a discussion-based presentation on the physiology of balance, investigative exercises, and a guided practice to apply your newfound knowledge! Balance is a skill that requires maintenance and life-long practice. Chloe will be breaking down the body mechanics and supporting anatomy needed to balance in practical situations along with various standing asanas and foundational inversions such as Tree pose, Dancing Shiva, Three-legged Dog, and the many crow poses! You won't want to miss out!
Participants will need a yoga mat, water source, and may want to bring a notebook or journal and writing utensil.
