About the Class

This class is all about discovering and focusing on what your body can do, rather than can't do. Each week you'll learn different mobility movements and breath exercises to gain a deeper understanding of your body; its physical habits and patterns as well as mental ones that limit or restrict movement. This class uses different props (balls, blocks, chairs, wall, etc) and movement to explore range of motion. Stretchy, comfortable clothes are recommended.
