*Energy Level: L2 Yin is a slow, meditative practice that gently targets the body's deeper connective tissues—like fascia, ligaments, and joints—through long-held, passive poses. With the support of props such as blocks, bolsters, and blankets, you'll create space to release tension, lengthen tight muscles, and cultivate deep physical and mental ease. This quiet, introspective practice encourages you to turn inward, tune into subtle sensations, and embrace stillness. While the body softens, the actual invitation is to be present, making Yin as mentally grounding as it is physically nourishing.

Special Instructions

As a friendly reminder, we do not provide mats and props unless you are on a Welcome Offer or New Client Special. If needed, they are available for purchase in the studio. *Class Energy Level L1 - Light: Root down and relax. This slow, meditative class invites you to move gently, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. L2 - Moderate: Find your flow. This balanced class meets you right in the middle—enough movement to build heat and energy, with plenty of space to stay mindful and grounded. L3 - Energetic: Challenge yourself. This class is dynamic and energizing, with strong flows and intentional movement. We'll support you every step of the way so you can move with strength and feel empowered.
