Hello. I’m Candi, a yoga enthusiast, Reiki Master, avid photographer, runner, and closet tree hugger. I began yoga to manage stress while working and attending school full-time. Since then, my mat has been a permanent fixture in my life. I try to approach each day and experience with mindfulness and a little bit of laughter.I look forward to guiding your practice and sharing space with you.
