The Heart of Yoga: A Breathwork & Sound Journey Through the Yamas and Niyamas. (Yoga Dome)

About the Event

The Yamas and Niyamas are the ethical principles of yoga: a guide for living with integrity, intention, and presence. These principles offer a framework for embodying your values, cultivating inner freedom, and aligning with your highest self.   In this experiential workshop series, you’ll explore the first two foundational limbs of the 8-limb path of yoga through a blend of HypnoBreathwork®, sound healing, and reflective journaling.   During each session, you'll breathe into a different principle, creating space to notice where you are in alignment and where gentle shifts may be needed.   Through this immersive experience, you will:  Explore the Yamas and Niyamas as powerful invitations for personal growth and spiritual clarity.  Use breath and sound to access subconscious insights and release internalized patterns.  Align your values with embodied action, connecting who you are with how you show up.  Cultivate a sense of rooted presence and compassion for self and others.   You’ll come away with a deeper, more embodied understanding of the Yamas and Niyamas, not just as philosophy, but as living wisdom in your breath, your choices, and your daily life.   No prior breathwork experience is necessary; all are welcome. Each workshop is a standalone experience (i.e., you do not need to attend all sessions).
