5 Class Pass Option

The main focus of this class is to help you develop flexibility for your back bends, shoulders and also help with hip mobility. Contrary to a common misconception, the yoga wheel can be used not only for back bends, but for a huge variety of other movements. You will learn to use the wheel like a prop for your yoga practice, similar to a block, and your yoga strap, this tool will help you to deepen and enhance your yoga practice.

Only 10 wheels are available you can always bring your own.
