Yoga Studio

This
class is taught by a new yoga teacher who has completed a 200-hour
teaching certification process and is now refining their teaching
technique. The class is free to anyone by pre-registration only and
appropriate for all levels of students who are willing to learn as
you go and “flow” from one pose to the next with clear direction
and skillful leadership by the teacher.
