What to Bring and Know Before Class... Bring a non-slip yoga mat and avoid mats without proper grip. Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing for unrestricted movement. Avoid eating a large meal right before class. Classes are practiced barefoot. The practice room is a quiet, sacred space for self-connection; please maintain silence before, during the class and keep conversations for later Arrive 5-10 minutes early to get settled.
