Dee was first introduced to yoga as a child in India, inspired by her dad's practice. Years later, she returned to yoga to alleviate muscle tension from triathlon training and it became her anchor, helping her stay calm in stressful times.Dee is 200-hour certified teacher , focusing on blending asana, pranayama, and meditation. She is passionate about making yoga accessible to all, teaching Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Yin, and Hatha.Outside of yoga, Dee enjoys hiking, kayaking, and finding peace in nature, which she incorporates into her classes to foster a welcoming environment.
