Join Amy for a 12 month series studying the Yamas & Niyamas. Learn to apply these principles as a DESIGN FOR LIVING & HEALING through self reflection and connection with other women. Objectives · 15 women meet monthly for 1 year to establish connection & support through the application of the 8 Limbs of Yoga in daily living. · Explore the mind-body connection through the 8 Limbs and the Chakras. · The group aims to strengthen social connection with other women looking to deepen their practice of the 8 limbs of Yoga. · Through shared experience, participants will develop a daily practice designed to improve mind-body-spirit connection with the goal of navigating life with greater ease and comfort. Structure of Group · Monthly 90 minute gatherings in Moon Room at Be One Yoga · Asana, meditation, yoga nidra, sound therapy · Journaling · Practical group discussions applying the yamas and niyamas in daily living Benefits · Develop a daily practice based in ancient wisdom. · Tap into your inner wisdom and strength through connection and community support. · Learn through the experience and wisdom of others · Deeper understanding of the 8 Limbs of Yoga Guidelines In order for all participants feel safe, respected, and heard, participants agree to keep confidence, practice listening with non-judgement, and respect different viewpoints.
