HATHA Means to balance The Sun and Moon energies in you. 75  minutes class in 100 ^ Heat and 40% humidity room. Class consists of a fixed sequence of 26 postures 2 sets of Pranayama breathing,4 water breaks and 2 set for most Asanas. This is traditional Hot Hatha (Bikram)style. Asanas are practiced to align,strengthen and promote flexibility in your body. Hatha Yoga can improve your sleep,reduce stress and enhance mindfulness,with excellent breathing techniques to calm and center your mind. Challenging yet simple and rewarding.
