This hybrid class is the best of both worlds. Starting with heat-building dynamic movement to warm the body up and build strength for the first half of the class. In the second half of the class, we will slow down and focus on the deep feel-good style of stretching where we hold postures, mostly on the floor, to help release deep tissue stress and improve mobility. Although 30 min of the class is movement, it does offer a great opportunity for all level students to experience a balanced practice.
