Join us for our upcoming MFR Yoga class, designed to rejuvenate your body and mind while enhancing your overall well-being! This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice, relieve tension, and improve flexibility, whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi. BENEFITS 1. WHAT TO EXPECT - Gentle Warm-Up - Incorporation of balls, and blocks, to assist in MFR techniques. - Emphasis on deep, mindful breathing throughout the practice. - Specific focus on common tension areas (e.g., back, hips, shoulders). -  Slow, gradual and intentional movements to facilitate release. - Encouragement to stay present and aware of bodily sensations. - Potential for emotional responses as tension is released. - Gentle stretches and relaxation at the end of the class. - Takeaway Tips
