Bindi Community Yoga is a community-based yoga studio that
believes yoga is for EVERY BODY and should be accessible to ALL! We
offer classes at various temperatures so you can get exactly the
practice your body needs today. No matter if you are in a Hatha
class, or a Vinyasa flow, our instructors will help you get to know
your body so you can customize your practice and modify or advance
as is appropriate to your unique needs. Our bodies and needs change
day to day and season to season, we are here for each step of that
journey. We can't wait to meet you and practice with you soon.
