Hatha is the name for practicing physical yoga asanas, usually in some sort of sequence, to prepare the body for meditation. You can expect a slower-paced class where each posture is held for 5 breaths or more. Hatha is a great place to start if you are unfamiliar with the asanas or are looking for a great opportunity to deepen the meditative element of your practice. Available to all levels. Breathwork and/or mediation practices will be offered.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class time starts. Late arrivals will not be admitted. Bring your own yoga mat, towel, and water.
