Pilates Flow Virtual is a centered, full-body workout focusing on strength, flexibility & stability. Classical mat exercises and creative variations will be done at a mindful, breath-led pace connected with flowing transitions. Class begins gently with various breathing techniques and builds towards a peak of movements combining strength, balance, and coordination. The climb back down lengthens, and finishes grateful and grounded. This is an all-levels class with progressions for all. Props will sometimes be included.
