Vinyasa is a style of yoga that connects our breath to our movement. This class is open to all levels of practitioners from beginners to advanced yogis. As with any class you take, modify each practice for the body that shows up on the mat that day and communicate with your instructor any concerns you may have or about anything going on in your body. Come to this class expecting a high-energy as well as grounded practice where you can challenge yourself as much as feels great that day. Practice will also include breathwork and/or meditation practices.
