Yin is offered in our hot room with the heaters turned off. The practice is a short series of asanas held for 3-5 minutes (occasionally longer or shorter). Yin is a practice which allows the body to settle into and work with the subtler tissues of the body; the fascia, ligaments, tendons, and other deep tissues. It is perhaps the best way for us to nourish and support our joints, spine, and lymphatic health. This class is available to every level. Breathwork and/or meditation will be offered.
