Jenn began practicing yoga in 2013 after an injury, and it became a primary support in both her mental and physical health. She quickly fell in love with the practice and completed her 200-hour Hatha Vinyasa training with Maui Yoga Shala in 2018. In 2020, she completed a trauma informed Breathwork and Meditation Practitioner certification and continued her education in 2021, earning an Advanced Practitioner certification. The following year, she became certified in facilitating Somatic Breathwork. Jenn is currently studying both Mat and Reformer Pilates to help support the longevity of an asana practice. She plans to complete her full comprehensive certification in 2025. Always a student of the practice, she is deeply grateful for the wisdom and knowledge shared by her fellow practitioners.In her classes, she emphasizes the importance of breath and the grounding aspects of yoga. She intuitively guides Hatha Vinyasa flow sequences, focusing on alignment and strength-building. Her goal is to nurture body, mind, and soul through yoga, with the hope that students leave feeling strong, peaceful, and balanced.
