

Beginning Yoga students can greatly benefit from private lessons to gain confidence, understand alignment queues, and learn safe practices. However, private lessons are also beneficial for advanced practitioners. Private instruction can allow one to take their yoga practice to the next level. And on the other hand, injuries and health concerns can make some yoga classes impractical for certain participants. A yoga instructor teaching several students at one time may not be able to focus on individual needs. Individual Instruction can allow a teacher to fully understand a practitioner’s goals and challenges. Our staff is highly trained in teaching proper modifications to ensure that each student is practicing the poses in the safest and most beneficial way. Yoga is not a one-size-fits-all practice; our staff has the skills and experience to help individuals reach their personal goals and learn their own specialized pose modifications to avoid injury and promote healing.
