About the Class

Class Description: This class is designed to help you move, feel, and live better by integrating traditional yoga practices with modern science. Through a combination of hatha-vinyasa asana, mindful self-myofascial release, mobility, pranayama, and more, you'll learn to enhance your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Focused on intentionality, you'll gain tools to carry the benefits of yoga into your everyday life, promoting strength, flexibility, balance, and stress relief. Perfect for those looking to create lasting positive change in both body and mind. Skill Level: All Levels Who Should Avoid: Those with heart disease, fibromyalgia, and circulatory issues. A good rule of thumb is, if you cannot have a massage then you need to avoid MFR. *Please note this class is not designed replace medical care, physical therapy, etc. Please consult your medical provider with any questions about participation in this class.

Special Instructions

This is a virtual class hosted via Zoom.  Equipment needed for class: 2 yoga tune-up balls in addition to 2 blocks, strap, and blanket. Equipment will be provided to in-studio attendees. Online students will need to provide their own. Tennis balls can be used in place of yoga tune-up balls.
