Sunday Yin is a quiet, contemplative practice, starting with gentle meditation and breathwork, then working deeply into the body with passive, slow and longer-held poses. Yin targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians. This practice may also improve energy flow in the body and offer wonderful emotional and mental health benefits. Come experience deep relaxation and rejuvenation to the mind, body and spirit! This class often includes sound healing during savasana and optional supportive healing touch throughout class.
