Yoga Studio

An accessible Flow Class that is available to all the
community.  This is a donation based class
where you may also use any of your passes or memberships to
attend.  Any donation amount (including zero) will be accepted
as entry.  If you want to help these classes remain available
to the community and have the means you may donate more than
the class value amount to “pay it forward” to those who may
not have as stable means to pay for yoga.   
Donations can be selected in pay options when signing up online
or placed in our donation box on the day of the class.

Main Street Yoga Center is 501c3
non-profit (branch of Spiritual Life Society) aiming to revitalize
yoga in Madison, WI. We are a collaboration between Matt Lerner of
Spiritual Life Society, Alex Pfeiffer of 21st Century Yoga on the
Mat, and the amazing communities they have built through their
dedication to yoga as a life practice.
Our mission is to provide wellness for
body and mind through community classes (donation-based classes
available to all), online (also donation-based), and our full
schedule of classes, workshops, and other events. A strong,
flexible, and resilient community is made of strong, flexible, and
resilient individuals. We believe that yoga is one of the most
accessible ways to create a healthy body, heal, amplify your
energy, relieve stress, build nervous system resilience, feel
inspired by life, feel connected, and possibly find something in
yourself that moves you to catharsis and meaning.
Most of our funding needs are met through
yoga studio operation (classes, workshops, memberships, etc);
however, as a 501c3 we do accept tax deductible donations from
anyone who would like to aid us in our mission. Thank You to all
the donations, members, and other visitors that have helped make
Main Street Yoga Center a better and better place.

Deep Dive Membership
