YTT Module: AM1 - Adhikara Matrix Introduction

About the Event

This module will be an introduction to the Adhīkāra Matrix for some of you.   For others, it will be a continuation of applying the concepts of the Matrix.   What is the Adhīkāra (Universal yoga) Matrix?  (AUM)  AUM gives you a set of primary building blocks for teaching the basic techniques of yoga alignment to newbie type yoga students who are trying to get the basics.  It is a model of what the yoga holarchy looks like at various stages of developing one's relationship to yoga and the Rosetta Stone of understanding your students and how to communicate depth ideas to them.  This module will focus on practical usage of the AUM so that you can use it to help build your students' yoga capacities.   This material is the foundation of what the training will become in 3 years.      In this Module You will Learn:    How to help students uplevel their yoga technique or connection to yoga's essence.   Preparations Homework:    Watch All Adhikara Matrix Preparations plus First Five of Sadhana Archive   Bring Copy (Printout or Electronic) of “TIER 1 Sadhana List” PDF
