Hayley received her RYT 200 HR in July of 2023 from Soleil Lune Yoga Center. After practicing yoga on her own for about 2 years, she eventually found herself at Waves Yoga Studio in Manitowoc where she was blessed with a great community that provided a safe space to grow and learn. For the first time in a long time, she found the ability to appreciate herself and make life-altering decisions which brought her more into alignment with who she intrinsically was. From that moment on, she wanted to be able to share what her yoga gave her with others. Yoga proved itself as a priceless source of comfort to her, no matter how difficult life can get. In both the worst and best parts of her life, she found herself on her mat, grateful for this beautiful outlet that gave her back herself again. Hayley's yoga is a transformative practice both physically and mentally, and she likes to encompass that concept of full lifestyle yoga has to offer into her classes. When she is not teaching or practicing yoga, she is cooking up various cuisines in the kitchen with her person, snuggling her cats, or writing lesson plans for her day job teaching middle school English! Yoga Certifications: Soleil Lune Yoga School 200hr
