

Restorative Yoga is a gentle, still, and deeply nourishing practice designed to calm the body and quiet the mind. With long, passive holds in 4–6 restful poses, you’ll be fully supported by props to promote comfort, ease, and total relaxation. This class is ideal for those recovering from injury, new to yoga, or simply seeking rest and renewal. It’s a perfect way to restore balance and reconnect with yourself. All levels welcome – especially great for beginners. Room is gently heated to 80°F.
