First Floor Office Space Rental

About the Asset

Haumea's ~190 square foot office space is available for hourly rental. This beautiful space in a historical, downtown Sun prairie building can be used for the following purposes: Private 1:1 Yoga, Fitness, or Other Approved Sessions This beautiful space is wonderful for 1:1 practitioner sessions. As part of your rental, you will have access to Haumea's wide array of equipment. This includes, yoga mats and props, 5-30 lb dumbbells, resistance bands, a massage table, and table linens. Please let us know what you need prior to your sessions, so we can prepare the room. Any 1:1 client services offered in this space must be reviewed by Haumea's management before your request will be approved. We may reach out to you with additional questions before approving your request. You can only provide services within your scope of practice/licensure in this space. You will be asked to provide a certificate of insurance to demonstrate that you have the required professional liability insurance. Private Workspace Need a private workspace to join a conference call before or after class? Work remotely and want to spend a few hours working in vibrant downtown Sun Prairie? This space is available to rent as an hourly private office space. Room includes a desk, chair, and wifi access. Additional items may be available upon request. Cancellation Policy You will be asked to enter credit card information to secure your reservation. It will not be charged until the day of your reservation. You have until 24 hours before your reservation to cancel without being charged. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your reservation begins, you will be charged. If Haumea needs to unexpectedly close the building due to weather or another emergency, you will not be charged for your reservation.
